Confia Plastic Surgery is looking for an exceptional Aesthetic Consultant to join one of the fastest-growing plastic surgery practices in South Texas.

You will be the first human connection a patient has with Confia after they decide they are ready to change their life. You will meet with patients one on one, understand their goals, guide them through their transformation options, present personalized treatment plans, and help them take the next step toward the procedure they have been dreaming about. You will manage your own patient pipeline, follow up with leads, and work closely with our Client Experience Manager to maximize every appointment opportunity.

This is a consultative sales role in a medical setting. No cold calling. Every person you meet has already raised their hand and said they want to be here.

You are a confident, empathetic communicator who genuinely loves people. You are organized, self-motivated, and hungry to earn. You are comfortable with technology and can learn a CRM quickly. Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic sales, or high-touch consultative sales is a strong plus. Bilingual English and Spanish is highly preferred given our patient community.

Base salary of $52,000 per year to start. On target earnings of $150,000 with a performance-based commission structure that rewards results directly. The top performers on our team consistently exceed their targets. You will also be part of a practice that is hitting record revenue months, growing 30 percent year over year, and has a clear path to becoming a nationally recognized brand.
