Sales Associate-AT&T Authorized Retailer-Cell Tech Mobility

Compensation: $9-$16/hr (based on experience) plus monthly bonus

Serves customers by helping them select our products and services.

• Welcomes customers by greeting them,offering them assistance, & meeting them at the door.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Directs customers by escorting them to phone lineup and counters; suggesting items.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash and credit cards accurately.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and merchandise of future potential interest.
• Must have knowledge of our company's services and products (as well as other carriers) and must be customer focused and sales oriented. (Sales driven mentality.)
• Must have the ability to focus and capture every sale.
• Have the ability to educate customers with product knowledge in relation to warranty and features, along with any special offers or discounts that the product may hold.
• Keeps and maintains his/her area clean and organized.
• Follows and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Must participate with our company's local store marketing approach. (Ex. Flyering, sidewalk sign & B2B)
• Adheres to proper authority.
• Consistently thanks customers and walks them to the door while exiting after each transaction.
