Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Perform screening-related duties for employees, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the distribution location in accordance with post instructions;
Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Support receiving, shipping, and high-traffic operational areas by helping to document and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site
