Provide customer service to customers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and potential hazards, helping to deter theft, vandalism, and other unauthorized activity.;
Complete required reports and maintain accurate records of incidents, patrols, and security-related activities.
