A teaching recruitment agency is seeking caring and adaptable SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) in Early Years settings across Barry. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, assisting in the development of communication and emotional skills, and creating an inclusive classroom environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with ALN, demonstrate patience, empathy, and adaptability, and hold an Enhanced DBS.
