Early Years Practitioner​/Room Leader

Overview

We are an expanding, family-run preschool and are excited to be growing our team. We are currently looking to appoint experienced Early Years Practitioners and a Room Leader, all holding a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.

We are proud to have achieved Outstanding in our most recent Ofsted inspection in 2025, reflecting the high standards of care, education, and teamwork within our setting.

We are a warm, nurturing setting that puts children and families at the heart of everything we do. Our preschool prides itself on strong relationships, inclusive practice, and providing a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop independence, and be well prepared for school.

Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30pm

You will:

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support children’s learning through play-based, child-led experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe, assess, and support children’s development
