As a Nursery Thirdin Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,engaging environment. You will:

• Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role-modelling and maintaining high standards.
• Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
• Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

You’recompassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.

• Confident written and spoken English
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Knowledge ofEYFS and safeguarding best practices
