Residential Childcare Worker

Our client is a leading childcare provider in Scotland, and is seeking passionate Residential Care Workers to join their expanding team. They've won multiple awards for their exceptional care, including Best Care Home Group in the UK (2022 & 2023), and they're committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for the young people in our care.

• Competitive Pay: £12.50 - £15.50 per hour. Experienced and qualified (HNC/SVQ
  3) staff earn a minimum of £14 per hour (approx. £33,890 annually including sleepover allowance).

You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.

• Full-time: 24-hour shifts (including 8-hour sleepover) on a 9-week rolling rota (3 days on, 3 days off).
• Part-time: 12-hour shifts (10 am - 10 pm) or 6-hour shifts (10 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm).

• Experience in residential childcare (preferred).
• HNC/SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it.
• Clean driving license (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
