The Role

As Sales & Events Manager, you will be responsible for running the Sales & Events procedures across the venue, coordinating a diverse range of events, overseeing Sales & Marketing activities, and managing key events.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new business opportunities.
  • Promoting multiple aspects of the venue.
  • Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and sales leads.
  • Creating sales packages to maximise revenue.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with General Managers to improve productivity and customer experience.
  • Coordinating and creating promotional activity across the venue.
  • Working with a team of sales and events coordinators based at the call centre to deliver excellent service and well‑planned events.
  • Ordering, proofing, and providing creative input to printed and online material.
The Person

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales & Events Manager to join our fantastic venue.

  • Proactive selling experience within the hospitality sector.
  • Entrepreneurial flair and a talent for spotting sales opportunities.
  • Experience managing a broad portfolio of events.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for the role.
  • Confidence in people management with team‑leading experience.
  • Proven track record in a Sales & Events role within the hospitality industry.
