You will beassistingwiththe production of both hot and cold food, deli grab & go items and serving on the hot food counterat breakfast and lunchtime, providing excellent customer service to ourcustomersand ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed.

• You will be preparing both hot and cold food, alongside deli grab & go items (sandwiches, wraps,saladsand fruit pots)
• You will be serving on the hot counter at breakfast and lunchtime, keeping track of any dishes running low and carrying out Food Safety at all times.
• Placing orders and performing stock takes, alongsideassistingwith storing deliveries and deep cleans of the unit on a daily/weekly basis.
• You will beoperatingtills andtaking payments, whilst providing excellent customer servicetoourcustomers. You will also be upselling sizes and products.
• Organising and coordinating hospitality

• Experienceoperatingas a Chefor as a Cook
• Food safety and food hygiene
