From wood-fired pizzas and chargrilled meats to seasonal pastas and handcrafted cocktails, Lido is about delivering simple dishes, done exceptionally well. We’re now seeking a General Manager to lead our passionate team and help elevate our food, service, and atmosphere to the next level.

As General Manager of Lido Musselburgh, you’ll take full ownership of the venue, overseeing day-to-day operations, driving a culture of quality and positivity, and delivering the exceptional guest experience Lido is known for.
