The Botanist Edinburgh are recruiting a full-time Duty Manager to join our high-volume restaurant and bar in the heart of Edinburgh.

As a Duty Manager at The Botanist Edinburgh
, you will play a key role in running exceptional shifts across our restaurant and bar operations
, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.

You will lead from the front on the floor, championing service standards, pace and product knowledge, while coaching and supporting the team to perform at their best. You’ll help ensure service is well organised, efficient and consistently delivers an industry‑leading guest journey.

Working closely with the wider management team, you will take ownership of delegated areas within the restaurant and bar, supporting rotas, sales driving and team training
. You will also help identify and develop team members with potential to progress into supervisory and management roles.
