Join the action at Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium and take ownership of two catering units, leading front‑of‑house operations across both during major sporting and entertainment events.
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Catering Manager to oversee two food trucks simultaneously, each with a team of 9 staff. You’ll ensure both units operate efficiently, maintain exceptional food and hygiene standards, and deliver fast, high‑quality service to thousands of fans.
HoursCasual, event‑based (evenings & weekends) however, you must be available for training on 27 February and the following dates:
- 6 March – Six Nations U20’s Scotland v France
- 7 March – Six Nations Scotland v France
- 17 April – Edinburgh v Zebre
- 24 April – Edinburgh v Hollywoodbets Sharks
- 15 May – Edinburgh v Connacht
- 24 & 25 July – Luke Combs Concert
- 28 August – Bon Jovi Forever
- 10 October – Edinburgh v TBC
- 24 October – Edinburgh v TBC
- 6-8 November – Scotland v New Zealand | Autumn Internationals
- 13-15 November – Scotland v Australia | Autumn Internationals
- 20-21 November – Scotland v Japan | Autumn Internationals
£16–£18 per hour + holiday pay (depending on experience).
Responsibilities- Overseeing front‑of‑house operations across two food trucks simultaneously.
- Leading, training, and motivating two teams of 9 staff (18 total).
- Ensuring strong communication and seamless coordination between units.
- Maintaining food quality, speed of service, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Managing service flow and queue control during peak trading periods.
- Opening and closing both units efficiently.
- Stock control, wastage management, and operational oversight across both trucks.
- Acting as the senior point of contact for FOH during events.
- 3+ years’ experience in high‑volume hospitality, street food, or event catering.
- Proven experience leading large teams (10+ staff per shift preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple teams at once.
- Experience overseeing service flow in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
- Confidence making quick decisions during live events.
- Excellent organisational and delegation skills.
- Level 2 Food Hygiene (essential or willingness to obtain).
