• Strong Leadership skills
• Previous bar or hospitality supervisory/managerial experience
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails
• Positive, team-focused and guest-focused approach
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Manage daily bar operations to deliver exceptional guest service
• Lead, train and develop the Bar Team
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, stock management, and drink presentation
• Drive sales to maximise revenue and meet financial targets
• Conduct monthly stock takes and manager ordering
• Handle guest queries professionally and suppoty cotinuous improvement
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and other departments
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and company policies
