- As a receptionist, you will contribute to the cycle of the guest experience, providing excellent service from Check‑In until Check‑Out
- Assist with guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rate, packages and other general product knowledge
- Maximise room occupancy and use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Ensuring a high level of compliance with hotel security, fire regulations and health and safety legislations
