Come and join our Team... We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Health Club & Spa Attendant at Norton House Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

As a Health Club & Spa Attendant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, safe, and high-quality experience for every member & guest. You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across the health club and spa, ensuring all areas are consistently inviting and well-stocked.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will interact with both hotel guests and members, offering a friendly, helpful, and professional service at all times. From carrying out regular cleaning duties and poolside safety checks, to supporting reception when needed, you’ll take pride in creating a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

This is a casual hours role working days & hours on a rota basis, which will vary depending on business. Shifts between the hours of 6am and 10pm.

• A competitive hourly rate of £13.00, with incremental pay reviews based on recognition of commitment and performance, plus a share of service charge.

• Someone who takes initiative, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to maintaining high standards. A willingness to learn and undertake training (including first aid and pool responder).
