Temporary, Full Time vacancy.

This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional VIP guest and hospitality experience across matchdays, concerts and special events. It combines end-to-end guest liaison, event operations and stakeholder management, ensuring high-profile guests, partners and official parties receive a seamless and memorable journey. The role also oversees third-party and charity event delivery, manages hospitality hosts, and works collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of service and event execution.

• Lead VIP guest liaison and hospitality operations, managing end-to-end guest journeys, communications, seating, ticketing and official party arrangements for matchday and hospitality events.
• Deliver exceptional event experiences, overseeing third-party, charity and special events, while supporting VIP fan experiences during the concert season.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead hospitality hosts, working collaboratively across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and high service standards.

• Highly organised and proactive, with strong planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate challenges, and deliver to deadline.
• A confident relationship builder, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders while managing expectations effectively.
• Customer-focused and people-oriented, with the ability to lead and inspire front‑facing hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
