Receptionist – Kimpton Charlotte Square

Full‑time contract. Pay £13.20 per hour (£27,456 per annum).

Provide a welcoming and personalised experience for guests during check‑in and check‑out, handle queries and complaints, promote the city and loyalty programme, recognise IHG One Rewards members, create special experiences, and support the overall guest stay.

• Commitment to service and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Experience in hospitality customer service (preferred).
