Location: City of Edinburgh

The Edinburgh Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead the front office team. You will ensure all guests feel welcomed and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing front desk operations, managing guest feedback, and assisting with departmental budgets. We're seeking a candidate with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Property Management Systems.
