The Edinburgh Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Edinburgh, seeks an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the team in enhancing exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will lead the front office operations, ensuring efficient processes and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include supervising front office team members, resolving guest issues, managing departmental budgets, and promoting hotel services for revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
