As our next Night Receptionist at Ibis Edinburgh Centre South Bridge, you will be the face of the hotel during the night, extending a warm welcome to guests and ensuring their well‑being.

• Assist in the general running of the hotel at night and support other departments to set up for the next day.
• Automate night audits and hotel safety checks to keep everyone safe.
• Ensure a wonderful guest experience.
• Ensure that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
• Handle all calls promptly and professionally.
• Document accurately all internal and guest messages.
• Promote hotel facilities and maximise sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.
• Attend to other duties as requested by Management and Supervisors.

• Prior experience working with OPERA Cloud will be valued.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
