You will earn £13.54 per hour – equal to £28,163.20 salary / UK driving license is essential for this role

As a Front Office Porter, you’ll be 100% you, bringing your authentic personality to everything you do; be the ultimate host, confidently leading yourself and making creative decisions that elevate every interaction; and spark joy, using every tool available to craft meaningful and memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Your main duties and responsibilities will be providing guests with assistance in entering our Hotel, greeting them as they come and welcoming them with a friendly approach. You will support Concierge in moving luggage to rooms, and communicating with the wider Front Office team in order to coordinate your approach.

To succeed as a Front Office Porter, you will need:

Experience working as a Luggage Porter, Door Person, Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5
* Hotel is beneficial.

An organised approach, ability to handle large amounts of information at once and deal with various requests simultaneously.

Drive to produce results. We work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.

A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.

Overall, you will be willing to work within our team to embrace our service and delight our guests!
