Housekeeping Attendant

Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging Housekeeping Attendant with a passion for service excellence.

You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor, working towards serving our customers and providing a memorable experience for our guests during their stay with us.

• Ensuring all control measures set by HOD are followed all the time
• Demonstrate the ability to proactively prioritise the needs of the departments and effectively manage resources and time
• Be aware of housekeeping SOPs and Health & Safety procedures
• Demonstrate personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimal results
• Assist with deep cleaning projects when required
• Perform turndown duties when required
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality service
