As a Housekeeping Team Member
- Linen Porter, you’ll be the backbone of our housekeeping team—making sure fresh, crisp linens and towels are always ready to welcome our guests. From keeping supplies well organised to ensuring every department has what it needs, your behind-the-scenes care will help create those seamless guest experiences. With your eye for order and commitment to high standards, you’ll play a vital part in making each stay feel effortless, comfortable, and perfectly prepared.

Our team are the heart and soul of all we do. Here’s what you’ll be up to:

• Managing and distributing fresh linen and towels across the hotel, ensuring every department is fully stocked and ready to welcome guests.
• Maintain the hotel’s standards of organisation in linen rooms and storage areas, keeping everything neat, orderly, and easy to access.
• Responding to guest requests with warmth and efficiency, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Reporting any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly, supporting a safe and smooth-running hotel.
• Helping with monitoring supplies and minimise waste across all housekeeping areas.
• Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless service and a memorable guest experience.
