Kyloe is Edinburgh's gourmet steak restaurant, sitting at the heart of The Rutland Hotel on the west end of Princes Street. We collaborate with some of Scotland's finest farms and butchers to deliver exceptional, sustainably sourced food — and we back that with a level of service to match. Every cover matters to us, and we work hard to make sure guests leave with a reason to come back.

We're looking for Front of House staff who genuinely love hospitality. Not just people who are good at the job, but people who find real satisfaction in it. Kyloe has a distinct identity. Culinary theatre is part of what we do, and you'll be front and centre for it — presenting our signature Steak Board and Knife Roll tableside, guiding guests through the menu with confidence and knowledge, and creating the kind of experience people actually talk about afterwards.

You'll be consistently challenged to craft memorable moments and encouraged to bring your own personality to the floor. That energy has to start somewhere, and it starts with the team. You don't need a lengthy CV. A background in hospitality or customer service is a bonus, but what matters most to us is:
