TME Elior delivers exceptional catering and hospitality for matchdays, concerts, conferences and banquets, tailoring every experience to meet our clients' needs. As a Matchday Manager you will be managing a large, fast-paced, high-energy suite or bar, ensuring the guests have an exceptional experience and your staff work efficiently, safely and professionally,

• Managing service within a large suite with a large team of FOH staff
• Interacting with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner to ensure they have a memorable experience
• Efficiently manage delivery of various stages of the event in a timely fashion
• Checking the set-up and managing the cleardown of your suite
• Ensuring all COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are implemented by yourself and your team

• Enthusiastic, professional and approachable personality

• Exceptional client/guest interaction and management

• Adherence to the highest standard of service
• Previous experience of large-scale corporate hospitality is essential
• Reliability

We also welcome applications from enthusiastic and motivated Hospitality Assistants who have extensive front-of-house hospitality experience and are ready to take the next step into a Supervisor role.
