In-Room Dining Supervisor

Reporting to the Room Service Manager, the In‑Room Dining Supervisor will have overall responsibility for daily operations of the Room Service team, ensuring high‑quality service and guest satisfaction.

• Create a positive working environment, while providing support and guidance to the room service team.
• Ensure high levels of service are being achieved.
• Answer questions on menu selection, including food preparation, possible modifications, and allergens.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding wait times, product availability, meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass and silverware before serving guests.
• Present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments on service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and policies, reporting accidents and injuries.
