We are looking for a Bartender to join our wonderful team in our stunning hotel. We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury setting with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalised service to guests. This position reports into the F&B manager and bar manager.

Location: 100 Princes Street, Edinburgh

Employment type: Full Time, permanent

Working pattern
: 5 working days per week with 2 days off, with a mixture of afternoon and evening shifts.

• Crafting exceptional cocktails and drinks while maintaining high levels of service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are always set to the highest standards and remain clean and well‑organized.
• Working across all areas of the bar, providing a smooth and efficient service throughout.
• Preparing cocktails, drinks, and food service with precision and attention to detail.
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of the bar menu, providing expert recommendations, and tailoring drinks to guest preferences.

• Previous bar experience in a Bartender role, ideally within a hotel or luxury hospitality setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing excellent service to guests.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
• A proactive and friendly attitude with a focus on delivering personalised guest experiences.
• A team player who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
