Main Tasks Offer exceptional guest care at all times
Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms in line with company standards, ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, safe and secure for our guests
Work in a timely and efficient manner to complete assigned tasks in line with productivity guidelines
Respond to and complete guest requests in a polite and professional manner
Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, trolleys and corridors
Assist with cleanliness of other areas of the hotel as required
Support with cost control and environmental initiatives in the department, including linen rejects, control of consumables and utility consumption
Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
Maintain awareness of utility consumption ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to COSHH and Manual Handling Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
