Conference & Meetings Operations Manager

As a Conference & Meetings Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of seamless, high‑quality events and meetings, ensuring excellent service standards, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction from planning through execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations of conference and meeting spaces
  • Coordinate event setup, staffing, AV requirements, catering, and logistics
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure expectations are met
  • Lead, train, and support the events and operations team to deliver 5‑star service
  • Ensure all spaces are well‑maintained, presentable, and fully equipped
  • Monitor budgets, resource planning, and cost control
  • Maintain health & safety, fire regulations, and risk management procedures
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and guest experience

Working pattern: 5 days out of 7

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in conference, hospitality, or events operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities
  • A customer‑focused approach with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of AV systems and room setup requirements
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
