We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Porter to join our family on a full-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest.

Employment type: Full-time

Working pattern: 4 nights on 4 nights off

• Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
• Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
• Assist with reception and concierge requests
• Answer general guest queries
• Prepare and deliver room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
• Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times

• Previous Night Porter
  
  Experience:
  
  Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Reliability & Flexibility:
  Dependable and flexible, able to handle a variety of tasks while maintaining high standards of service.
• A Team Player to work closely with other departments.
