Multi-task Team Member – 30 hours a week
Part‑time, Permanent. Job Category:

Compensation: up to GBP 13.07 per hour.
Role OverviewThis is a multi‑skilled role incorporating both Receptionist and Food & Beverage duties. You will support guests from check‑in to check‑out, participate in all meal periods across F&B outlets, and assist Reservations and Back Office teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Provide front‑office service to all guests.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems.
- Handle reservations and enquiries.
- Support Food & Beverage outlets (breakfast, bar, lunch, dinner).
- Maintain guest safety and property security.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality.
- Fluency in English.
- Service‑focused personality.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
- Experience in hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
