The ibis Edinburgh South Bridge, part of Accor, is seeking a guest-facing receptionist to warmly welcome guests and ensure their wellbeing remains at the heart of every stay, adding a personal touch to each visit. You will handle check-in/out, respond to requests promptly, post charges accurately, and promote hotel facilities to maximise sales.
Fluent English and customer service experience are valued; OPERA cloud experience is a plus.
