General Manager – Fun hospitality business, Edinburgh £55,000 plus bonus

I'm working with a growing, award-winning hospitality group with 12 sites across the UK, and exciting expansion plans ahead. These are cool, fun venues, often split across multiple floors, spanning bars, pubs, events and hotel operations, delivering great food, standout drinks, and a premium but relaxed guest experience. It's a group that genuinely cares about quality, standards, and creating something special in the market.

Weekly sales from 35/65k depending, managing a team of about 40.

We're looking for a strong General Manager who lives and breathes service, quality, and standards, but most importantly is a real people person who loves the sector.

You’ll be leading the business day-to-day, working closely with the Operations Manager, leading from the front in a busy, high-performing environment, while developing your team and driving consistency across the business.

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality bar, pub, events or hotel business
• Strong focus on service, standards, and guest experience
• A natural leader who develops, motivates, and brings the best out of people
• Financially aware and confident managing budgets and performance
• Highly organised, hands‑on, and leads by example
• Passion for hospitality – this is key
