We’re looking for a dedicated professional who knows how to deliver outstanding customer experience and has the skills to inspire others.

• Manage a reliable, high‑performing team to ensure the smooth running of the hotel.
• Utilise leadership experience from a retail or similar environment to oversee health and safety standards and drive an exceptional guest experience.
• Apply excellent communication and organisational skills to coordinate daily operations.

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in retail or comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and support a team.
• Strong customer‑centric mindset and commitment to service excellence.

• Hours:
  
  16 hours a week
• Pay Rate:
  Up to £14.36 per hour (day shift)
• Immediate start – with all leadership experience relevant.
