The Hoxton Edinburgh is seeking a guest-focused Receptionist to warmly greet guests, manage check-ins and ensure memorable stays in Scotland's West End. You will be the first point of contact, delivering responsive service while coordinating with hotel teams to meet guest needs.
Qualified candidates will have hospitality experience, excellent organisational and communication skills, and familiarity with Opera Cloud or similar front desk software.
