We're recruiting for a Bar & Cellar Assistant Manager to join our team at one of Scotland's most iconic sporting and events venues. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences across international rugby fixtures, concerts and world-class events.

Working closely with the Bar & Cellar Manager, you'll help lead the day-to-day operation of our bars and cellar facilities, ensuring every outlet is fully stocked, compliant and ready to deliver outstanding service. • Supporting the day-to-day management of bar and cellar operations across the stadium.
• Leading and motivating the bar and cellar team, stepping up to manage operations in the Manager's absence.
• Managing stock deliveries, cellar organisation, stock control and replenishment.
• Ensuring bars, hospitality areas and kiosks are fully prepared for matchdays, concerts and events.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, licensing compliance and health & safety.
• Supporting the successful delivery of conferences, corporate hospitality and private events.

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7, including evening, weekend and event-day working required

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within bars, hospitality or events.
• Strong knowledge of cellar operations, stock management and licensed premises.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and major event days.
