Elior Stadia is recruiting a Bar & Cellar Assistant Manager for Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh. You will help lead bar and cellar operations, ensure stock, compliance and service levels are maintained, and support events from rugby matches to concerts and conferences.
The role requires a hands-on leader comfortable in a fast-paced hospitality environment, with shift patterns including evenings, weekends and event days.
