Location: City of Edinburgh
Joivy Scotland in Edinburgh is seeking a Hospitality Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, check them in and out, respond to inquiries, and deliver prompt, professional service.
You will work primarily with guests in person and over the phone using Joivy’s platform, ensuring an excellent experience that builds trust and encourages return visits. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
