SUSHISAMBA celebrates the culture and cuisine of Japan, Brazil and Peru. The menus are a mix of new and signature dishes with an emphasis on bold flavours, the finest ingredients and artful presentations.
POSITION SUMMARY
As SUSHISAMBA Bartender, key aspects of your role will include:
Deliver the highest level of personalised service to our guests
Prepare drink orders for guests, including bespoke W Hotels cocktails
Issue, open and serve wine and champagne
Assist the W Lounge floor team during peak periods when required
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar and tables
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware and paper supplies
Transport supplies to bar set-up areas
Wash glassware
Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
Process all payment methods
Secure liquors, beers, wine, coolers, cabinets and storage areas
Our ideal SUSHISAMBA Bartender is someone who has:
Previous experience working in high-end, high-volume restaurants and/or bars
Excellent communication skills
The ability to create memorable experiences for guests
A positive mindset
A genuine passion for working in hospitality
