The Signet Group is seeking a Bar Supervisor for The Mitre, Hampton Court, to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will work alongside the Restaurant Manager to drive standards, training and commercial performance in a premium hotel setting.
You will oversee daily bar operations, manage stock, rota planning and staff development while upholding licensing, health and safety and quality service. A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality is essential.
