Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Princes Street) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to drive day‑to‑day kitchen operations. You’ll manage rotas, place orders, lead the team through busy services and ensure audit readiness, in partnership with the Hotel Manager.
This fixed‑term role (until Jan 2027) is a hands‑on leadership position offering 40 hours per week and a clear path to more senior kitchen roles as you develop with Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality group.
