Revenue Manager, Edinburgh – £48K-£50K + 20% bonus and benefits

We are working with a fast-growing hotel management company, looking to appoint an on-property Revenue Manager to lead pricing and revenue strategies at their centrally located, branded 4-star hotel in Edinburgh.

This full-time, permanent role focuses on maximising occupancy, profitability, and commercial performance through data analysis, forecasting, and market insights.

Key responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, monitoring inventory and distribution channels, analysing market trends and competitor activity, producing revenue forecasts and reports, and collaborating with sales, marketing, reservations, and hotel leadership to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous revenue management experience within hospitality, strong analytical and commercial skills, knowledge of revenue management and reservation systems, and excellent communication skills. Experience with major hotel brands is desirable. This role would suit an established Revenue Manager, wanting to further their career within a world-wide branded hotel or a Reservations Manager with revenue management knowledge, looking to step into a full time RM role.
