Gaucho are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head Receptionist to join one of our Gaucho teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate and grow within a busy, high-end environment, showing warmth towards guests and acting as a Gaucho ambassador.
You will lead the front desk team, manage reservations and capacity, review systems, allocate tasks, and oversee rosters, guest records, and cost-effective staffing.
