At The Caledonian Edinburgh, our Concierge team curates personalised, memorable experiences that enrich every guest’s stay. We are seeking a Casual Concierge Porter  to deliver refined service, expert localknowledgeand a warm, professional welcome.

• Naturally engaging with a passion for delivering personalised luxury service

• Knowledgeable about Edinburgh and confident in making recommendations

• Professional,well-presentedandguest-focusedat all times

• Proactive,organised and attentive to detail

• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Create memorable guest experiences through tailored recommendations

• Act as a key connection between guests and hotel services

• Support arrivals, departures and guest requests with efficiency and care

• Represent the hotel’s luxury standards and brand values

• Work collaboratively with Front Office and Guest Relations teams.

• Provide expert recommendations on dining,attractions and events

• Manage guest requests promptly and professionally

• Build rapport andanticipateguest needs, including VIPs

• Maintain up-to-dateknowledge of hotel offerings and local area

• Adhere to all service,safetyand confidentiality standards.

• Hourly rate of £12.71
