Cleaning all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team Ensuring all cutlery, crockery, and glassware are cleaned and presented to a high standard before and after use Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently Communicating effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to support smooth service Operating cleaning machinery safely and in line with company training and procedures Adhering to all Health & Safety regulations, including hygiene standards, manual handling, and COSHH guidelines Maintaining high standards of kitchen housekeeping, including sweeping and mopping floors Disposing of waste correctly and keeping all work areas clean and organised Supporting chefs and the wider team with basic prep tasks as required Assisting with stock movement and any additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:
