YOTEL Edinburgh is seeking a Reception Supervisor to lead the front desk team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will ensure every guest interaction reflects YOTEL’s standards and greet guests with professional courtesy during all shifts.
Based in the heart of Edinburgh city centre, you will own shift operations, coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B, train crew, and handle guest concerns to ensure a seamless and memorable guest journey.
