Your day-to-day will include:

Leadership & Culture

• Support the Head Housekeeper in fostering a personable, genuine, and committed Housekeeping team.
• Assist in maintaining team accountability to operating procedures, service standards, and cultural values through coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback.
• Lead daily team briefings and shift handovers, ensuring clear communication and operational readiness.
• Promote and embody the Virgin Tone of Voice, culture, and brand standards, encouraging team members to deliver these consistently.

Training & Development

• Support the delivery and coordination of departmental training on service standards, safety procedures, and housekeeping skills.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they are confident and competent in their roles.
• Monitor training completion and help identify development opportunities for team members.
