• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Greet and welcome guests
  , residents, or clients warmly upon arrival
• Helping guests
  , including luggage handling and package deliveries
• Deliver the guest's mail, newspapers and express check out bills to their rooms
• Always demonstrates a high level of customer service
• Implement security and emergency procedures when required
