As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be supporting our F&B managers to ensure that Burr and Co is running smoothly and that our guests are receiving 5
* service throughout. You will support by dealing with any high-level service recoveries, training any of our new starts and managing your shift in the absence of an F&B manager.

To succeed as a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will need:

Experience working within a Cafe, Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Assistant Manager

Experience developing and coaching team members to make sure that they are performing at their best

Passion for providing luxury experiences, not shy to go above and beyond to personalise our Guests stay and provide your local wisdom to enhance their experience

Ability to work together in the team with guests as our centre focus!
